Colorado Golf Club

Set on rolling hills studded with pine trees, and with sweeping vistas of the Rocky Mountains, The Colorado Golf Club is poised to become one of Colorado’s finest. The clubhouse itself will feature European influences, generating the feel of a manor house that has weathered the elements for years. To create this sense of a grand estate, yet also design a building that feels at home in Colorado, MAI Design Group incorporated a slate roof balanced with rustic copper roof accents; and a combination of stucco and natural stone exterior. Exterior architectural forms include charming Dutch hip roof lines, gables, and a tower element that supports the Old World ambiance. Interior finishes have a masculine yet refined feel, evoking an elegant, cigar-and-brandy lifestyle. The property is complemented with a swim facility, gatehouses, cottages, and a teaching facility anchored by renowned golf instructor Mike McGetric.
